Refund Policy

How refunds and credits are handled.

We aim for clear deliverables and predictable outcomes. This policy explains when refunds or service credits may apply to Julucloud engagements.

1. Deposits

Deposits reserve project start dates and are generally non-refundable once discovery or delivery work has begun, except where Julucloud is unable to fulfill the engagement.

2. Fixed-scope projects

For fixed-scope work, if delivered work does not meet the agreed specification, we will address the gaps promptly. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable period, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Refunds are not offered for prior months, but unused value may be applied as credit to future work where appropriate.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. How to request a review

Contact us with your project details, the issue encountered, and the resolution you are requesting. We will review the matter and respond promptly.
